Michigan State University Global Summer School

Dear ITS students,

As you know studying abroad goes beyond gaining international experience. It broadens students’ horizons and opens their eyes to so many opportunities that they couldn’t have imagined otherwise. The Visiting International Professional Program (VIPP) at Michigan State University is pleased to offer 4 classes for international students during the 2019 Summer term – Global Enterprise Design; Modern Packaging; American Culture & Society; or Smart Transport Engineering.

The program includes lectures, group work, and educational and cultural field trips. Students will also engage in career planning, professional development, and leadership training. At the end of the program, students will embark on a trip to either Chicago or the East Coast. It will be a great opportunity for students to experience American culture.

Location: Michigan State University campus in East Lansing, Michigan and Chicago or East Coast
Dates: July 17, 2019-August 8, 2019 (3 weeks)
Program fee: $3,880 includes:
– Breakfast and lunch on MSU's campus
– On-campus housing
– Health insurance
– Local transportation to & from all field trips
– East Coast trip (Niagara Falls, New York City, Washington D.C.) or Chicago trip (Smart Transportation Engineering program only)
– Priceless American college experience

Admission Requirements:
– At least 18 years old
– Undergraduate students or master degree students
– Student at any accredited university
– Intermediate English skills
